A Lifelong Love for Dogs
As a mum, professional groomer, and lifelong dog lover, dogs have always been my world. I grew up in the Tweed region and spent much of my childhood either volunteering at the Murwillumbah Pound or, as my mum would say, “washing the posts off my dog — or the neighbour’s dogs if they’d let me.”
That passion led me to start grooming from my home in Terranora in 2022, then purchasing Doggie Distractions and running daycare and grooming full-time. When that chapter came to a close, I knew I wanted to create something even better — a space where dogs could play, learn, and relax in a safe, natural environment.
The DoGRoom at Duroby
Our 12-acre dog-proof farm is the ultimate retreat for your pup. With dams, creeks, shady trees, and wide open spaces to run, dig, and sniff, it’s a true dog’s paradise.
Your pup might get muddy — or even smelly after rolling in something (we love that!) — but that’s all part of the enrichment experience. They’ll always come home tired, happy, and, if booked for grooming, looking their best.
